Products and Services

Hupp Tax Service boasts a reputation of quality tax preparation and excellent customer service.  We are open year-round to serve you.

Hupp Tax Service specializes in individual and business tax preparation, including partnerships, corporations, S Corporations, LLC’s, trusts, and estates.  We also offer payroll preparation and bookkeeping for small businesses.  Electronic filing is available.

For tax preparation, we offer the following options to get your tax information to us.  Choose the method you like best.

  • Appointments – a face to face appointment where our preparer usually completes your returns during the appointment (if all information is available) .  We have appointment openings during all our open hours.
  • Drop-off – stop in with your W2’s, other tax documents, and your completed "What to Bring" worksheet.  We will call you when your returns are ready.  The turn-around time for drop-offs during our busiest time (February) is typically less than two weeks.  Drop off service is very popular and often ends up being faster than waiting for an appointment.
  • Mail –In – similar to a drop-off but you can save a trip.  Mail us your tax documents and the What to Bring and we will call you when your taxes are complete.  You can pick them up in person or we can mail your returns to you ($5 shipping fee) once we have received your payment.

We also have an in-house Certified Financial Planner who offers fee-based financial planning through Greybridge Financial Group.

We can help with letters you may receive from the IRS or other taxing agency.

We stand behind our work.  In the rare event we make an error on your return, we will pay any penalties and interest related to our error.  Please keep in mind you are always responsible for the accuracy of the information included in your tax return.
